If I ever have another option, I won't use this company. The problem is they don't have any competition here. A power outage couple days ago, not a rainy day, not a cloudy day, and not a windy day, killed my 4 fuses. I need to replace them for $70/pcs. Every time they had power outage, one or two fuse were broken. So far I have replaced 7 fuses since I moved to Princeton! Well they would say, the fuses might not be good enough, but tell me why every time I had these problem right after the power outage? I am just so tired to replace the dam fuses! If they have competition they won't be this terrible because they will know if they don't fix their junk, people will leave!

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years now and they have some of the best helpful customer service. They are able to quickly answer questions and concerns in a timely matter. Great job GCEC!

A customer at this location for service since 1981. As I read through some of the other reviews I cannot help but think that people are just really impatient, or cannot fathom giving someone a bit of a break when there is a hiccup in communication, or they don't know their history. For instance, my road used to have a car or two, and mostly farm tractors. Rural. Now it is bumper to bumper, with housing developments everywhere, and the other areas that they service is the same. Growing pains are real, but the two areas that really matter are, does my electricity stay on, and is the price competitive and affordable? I say yes to both. During the hard freeze of 2021 when my coworkers were staying at home under blankets and trying desperately to stay warm my electricity was constant. There ya go. My suggestion; if you have an interruption during windy or inclement weather go look at your lines and see if there are tree branches periodically blowing and shorting out the power lines near your house. Then, send a request with at least a little information so the maintenance crew can come out and remedy. They have miles of lines to service and maintain so a little help cannot hurt right? It is, after all, a cooperative and you can do your part. I did exactly that, as I had voltage sags in high-wind conditions and they came out and squared it away. Sitting at a keyboard and blasting a company is easy, trying to understand the growth, putting an eyeball on your particular area and helping is perhaps less so, but goodness, doesn't it make better sense? I'm happy with the provider, and when I need help it is there. Period.

Everyone from the field crew starting from the area project managers to the install crews and finally solar inspector have been first rate and accommodating. We could not be happier or recommend them high enough.Thank you, Thank you!
