Prices are what they are quality reflects that if you haven't shopped here before. cashiers we're rude and other employees had poor knowledge of the store and it's inventory also the store was messy and the bathroom is neglected photos hardly do it justice. I love this place. Very well organized without the overstimulating "visual clutter" at places like Lowe's. Cool products you can't find at other stores either. I was greeted by a friendly cashier on the way in who took time to direct me to what I needed. Two thumbs up!

Employees are friendly and helpful. They have some great prices on certain items when on sale or with coupons. While I generally will go to other stores and pay a bit more for higher quality tools that should last a lifetime, they do have some things at such ridiculously low prices that are still of good quality that will last quite a while (which is often necessary due to financial constraints). The online product reviews are helpful and will often sway my decision on items in looking to purchase. They also have many items that are rated either good, better or best which indicates both the quality and price of the items. Overall, I like Harbor Freight and they are worth checking out if you do a bit of research and have an idea of prices compared to the big box home improvement stores. 8
