Builders hardware has always been a great source for thresholds. Recent experience with the commercial sales manager with wrong item being ordered, wrong quantity being ordered, not fixing the order timely, not responding to phone calls or emails and taking several weeks to get corrected, our company will be going elsewhere from now on. Get help from someone other than the commercial sales manager if you want your order to be correct and have reasonable communication about the correction to your order.

If you want some great hardware on display at multiple price points this is the place to go. You will see things here you would never see at big box hardware stores and while it may cost more the quality is well worth it.

Have absolutely loved this place over the years. Beautiful showroom, excellent customer service. Most recently they took care of a warranty issue on a twenty year old Baldwin product I'd purchase there in 1997! Felt like they went out of their way. What would Seattle be without this place?!

Probably best to call the store and talk to a sales person. They may not have much monitoring of a Google review page for questions like yours. I'm sure they'd be happy to help you.

Thanks for your question, Walt. Unfortunately, we don't sell Kwikset locks so I don't have a definite answer for you. However, I don't believe that you can change the finish on those without replacing the entire deadbolt. Fortunately, it is possible to buy new deadbolts and have them keyed to an existing key; many retailers or locksmiths will be able to provide that service.
