Food was acceptable. Service was the worst I have ever had. Server seemed confrontational. When she brought out the chicken wings (appetizer) she tossed them onto the table. She did bring drink refills for my buddy but zoomed by our table when I was also ready for a refill of my raspberry tea. She didn't return to our table till it was time to toss our bill on the table and I still couldn't get her to bring me a refill. Additionally, she dropped a plate of food that splattered onto the table next to us and quickly zoomed away (maybe she got burned by the splatter of food) and when she came back out after the other server cleaned up the mess, she did not ask any of the customers if they were ok, including me and I was close enough to get some food splattered on my shoe. Her name, according to the receipt is Venitia. She is an example of why I will never patronize an establishment that requires mandatory tipping.

Busy lunch, but food delivered correctly and in good time. Food was hot and tasty. Drinks refilled quickly. Waitress wasn't overly friendly, but she was efficient and did her job well, no complaints!

I've eaten here a couple of times now, and both times have been enjoyable even while crowded. Our server, Kathy, was you classic overworked waitress, but she was still extremely kind and friendly. The food is good quality, with my Turkey sandwich having golden brown sourdough so good I think I'll just eat a grilled cheese next time. Also, we were surprised with the reasonable prices considering we ordered for a family of four and kept it near or under $40 both times! This location is obviously already popular, but if you're hankering for good American diner quisine, you should definitely check it out.

Servers were just sitting around the food window talking about personal life drama while food just sat waiting to be ran, keep in mind there were only 4 tables in the entire restaurant! The french toast was barely cooked and soggy when asked to fix it I was brought back uncooked soggy french toast thus the picture below. The sausage links were cold. I do not recommend eating here.
