If I could give less than 1 star I would. We went in yesterday for a last minute trim for my 4 year old son's mohawk for a wedding this weekend. We ended up getting Anissa and she was VERY rude from the time she checked us in. When it came time to do my sons cut she continued to be rude not just to me but also my 4 year old. During the cut he moved TWICE and asked if he was done a few times. She snapped at him like you would a grown adult and told him he need to quit moving or she was going to give him "an ugly cut" and she did. She didn't take any length off the back what so ever and the top is choppy and doesn't have a single straight cut. The entire top half is different lengths. She continued to be rude and snap at my 4 year throughout the entire cut and then decided she was done. She took the cape off of him and walked off never to be seen again. She made someone else come to the front to ring us out. Now today when I spiked up his hair I also noticed she did not go off the prior lines and he now has a crooked lopsided mohawk and is supposed to be in a wedding in 3 days. Anissa should never be allowed to do children's cuts again. It was bad enough in there I had 2 people follow me outside and tell me how she treated my son was horrible and that he was acting perfectly fine.

Excellent service, checked in online. Walked right in and sat down. Good conversation and very professional atmosphere. Got exactly what I wanted and for the price you can't beat it! Can't remember the lady's name that cut my hair but she did an awesome job!! Will be back in the future.
