Austin commits pre-order fraud under the notion that they're "free" preorders. Very scummy practice as they're meant to reach certain quotas. Watch out for these shady practices when going to GameStop.

I like the store and it's always clean. The employees greet you at the door with a simple "hello welcome to GameStop", but aside from that they're more busy talking to each other behind the counter then paying attention to what's going on around them until you actually get to the counter. When is time to check out they'll ring you up and happily help to take your money soooooo. Yeah.

This is a really cool little store with lots of gaming options available for you to choose from. The staff was very helpful when 8 was ordering a new controller for my Xbox one x.

This is my favorite GameStop in town. The folks there are very knowledgeable and approachable. They aren't the type to overwhelm you when you walk in and pressure you to buy things you don't want. They have great recommendations if you need suggestions for games or accessories! Jenna is an amazing store manager and makes that store great!
