Horrible customer service. Drove 15 mins and they sold the pallets of grass. Sure first come first serve but don’t be an a-hole yo your customers over the phone. Only reason you have customers is because they NEED grass. Learn to work on customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! A1 will short you and they don't care. I purchased 31 square yards of Saint Augustine grass from them today in order to complete some work for a customer of ours and while that should have been more than enough to cover 252 square feet I was still short about 30 pieces. When I called to ask if I could get the remainder of the sod I paid for I was told that they loaded what I paid for, and they wouldn't work with me. It's simple math. There are 9 square feet in a square yard so I should have had more than enough. They say that 93 pieces makes 31 square yards, that would be correct if their pieces weren't 2ftx1ft. They claim that their guy counted what was loaded, at best he guesstimated, picking up a quarter pallet and throwing a few pieces on top before loading it in the back of my truck (I knew it would be short when I left, not my first rodeo). Worst of all the dismissive tone I received when I called to get some help is intolerable and disrespectful. For a business that relies on others small businesses to survive treating me the way I was is unconscionable. Measuring twice and cutting once won't work here, go somewhere else, and get what you actually paid for!
