The people are very nice and friendly, but the service was extremely slow. I showed up at 8 AM for my service appointment and the gentleman who checked me in said my technician wouldn’t even be in until 9:00 AM. Why would you schedule me at 8 AM if the technician isn’t even going to be there? When all was said and done I didn’t leave until 2 PM. That’s how long it took. Also, my car had a nice “workshop” smell when I got back in it. Anyway, I hate writing bad reviews, but this was just a disappointing customer service experience for me. I’ve had way better experiences at Sewell Subaru and other Subaru service centers and will be taking my business to them next time.

5+ stars service, from start to finish! From the moment I reached out to inquire about a vehicle, I felt like a sought after customer. Mike was, by far, the BEST salesman I've worked with when purchasing a vehicle. He's super knowledgeable about Subaru, and he's professional, down to earth, and genuinely cares about his customers. I really appreciated the time he took to various options on the vehicle. Tom, the finance manager, was great, too. Knowledgeable, communicated well, and ensured I knew exactly what was happening, every step of the way. They both took really good care of me, and even though I live 2+ hours away, I'll be back. :)
