Extremely friendly staff, picked me up at the body shop, it took less then 15 min to do paperwork and drive out, the truck was nice and clean. And again, the staff was extremely friendly. Best car rental experience I have had my 40 years of driving. Thanks Enterprise of Gig Harbor WA

My car was in the shop so I needed a ride to the shop when I returned my rental car. When I came to return it at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon, nobody was in office. I had previously informed employees or whoever I spoke that that I would be relying on a ride, when I first picked up my rental and the day before I returned it, so it was known that a customer would need a ride on said Thursday. I had to call someone to come very far out of their way to pick me up. There is no excuse, I don’t care what circumstances led to the office being empty in the middle of a business day, there should have been at least one person there. At the very least, I should’ve gotten a call informing me that I would not be able to get a ride. Very unprofessional, won’t ever come back and have already informed my family and friends not to come here.

Found a great price on a vehicle for vacation that fit the entire family but when it came time to pick it up the vehicle was not available. I had had this issue last year and they found one in another city causing a few hours delay. To avoid this I called and confirmed the day prior. Still not vehicle available. Enterprise needs to up their inventory of large vehicles to make sure reservations made months in advance are available when the time comes. Without the space expected my vacation had to be modified. Even if notification would have been given I may have been able to shop another vendor for another vehicle. Love Enterprise when all goes great but this is the second time this occurred, please correct the issue. Thank you

The Gig Harbor office has always treated me extremely well. Both Josh and Corbin greet me with a smile and a set of keys. They inspect the vehicle with me and get me moving as quickly as I need to that day. I have never had an issue with the service or the cars I have driven. Highly recommended!
