They were very professional and helpful. Good customer service Excellent!

Very fast friendly service. I did feel bad however because the staff was receiving a hard time from a customer who didn't have an ID and was demanding service because she was Washington resident. No doubt these are the type of people leaving all the bad reviews. Its not rocket science, call in advance and bring everything required for what you need.

I came in to ask some questions from another state because I felt a little confused. I was talked to very sternly and rudely by one of the females because I hadn’t brought the appropriate forms and title. I wasn’t ready to do that. The mail in the office at the time tried to recover which was appreciated.

No but you can do on line
I live just a few blocks away and done this myself. They were ready the next morning when I got there 😁
no
I did a trailer transfer... and i think you can do cars too.
Nope. You can just walk in. You may have to wait a bit, depending on how busy they are, but no appointment is required.
No, this is a vehicle and vessel licensing site...not driver licensing.
You go to Washington Driver's Licensing location, there is the Annex over by the Tacoma Mall, or one off of 56th if you're in the Tacoma Mall area. I can't think of one in Gig Harbor. Peninsula is a DOL and they handle vehicles, sales, transfers and tabs.
No, need to go to DMV. 3 IN Tacoma, one in Bremerton and one in Poulsbo
Yes you can.
I don't believe so, they are just vehicle licensing
Yes, they handle all vehicle & disability lic
Yes
No you have to go into Tacoma for ID
No. Just licience tabs and vehicle transfers, type things.... no drivers tests.
The correct building, for starters. This is vehicle licensing only, not drivers.
My dad said he paid $30
