Pretty sure the point of a boat is to float. After spending 15k on repairs here they managed to not complete the repairs properly and my boat no longer floats. Incredibly lucky we caught it seconds after putting the boat in the water or this could have resulted in injury or even death to the occupants of the boat. Incredibly disappointing that they won’t warranty their faulty work as well.

My three sons and I were launching at Kenmore ramp around 2:00 PM today (6/16/2022). Our ski boat was in the left lane off the trailer and I had just hopped onto the bow. We had a large towable behind our boat so we were trying to adjust to that situation as well as this was our second time out with the boat and being slow and methodical. We were only just drifting out when the a truck began backing into the water in the same lane and just six feet from our side (the right lane was wide open). I looked up and said "What are you doing?". He then proceeds to state that somehow the situation of his trailer being so close to my boat was my fault. Needless to say we were unnerved trying to deal with the situation which caused our boat to drift toward shore as the boat he was retrieving was behind us. My son was concerned about the line getting caught in the prop which caused us to be distracted and our prop hit ground (will need a new prop). The employee who was driving the truck and trailer , from Seattle Water Sports, was beyond unprofessional and discourteous. I hope to speak to the owner of the company.
