I contacted North Texas Custom Plumbing about a sewer line issue at my house. They arrived on time and spent an hour cleaning out my front clean out drains and showed me via their camera what was causing my issue. Once tree roots were removed, they also detected a break in the clean out and scheduled an appointment the next week to complete the job. Both Dylan and Alex were AWESOME! Absolutely necessary. In a tankless water heater, sediment in the water builds up in the heat exchanger. Tankless water heaters generally last around 25 years. If a unit is not maintained, the unit could struggle to maintain operation. This could definitely lower the life expectancy of the unit. Tankless water heaters are recommended to get flushed every 12-15 months for residential and every 6 months for commercial. The is other minor maintenance on flame rods that require cleaning every 3 years. At North Texas Custom Plumbing, we have a program to remind our customers when it is time to have the maintenance performed so that the homeowner/business owners are bothered remembering.
