We went into the Scottsdale store this morning and the one employee working there barely acknowledged us. We were there 5-10 minutes. We looked around the store, looked at the samples that were out and were never asked if we needed help. We had the cushions that we needed replaced in our car and were ready to order new cushions, but not from here. She never looked at us, asked us anything and spent her time on her computer. I’m pretty sure her computer will still be there, but we are now long gone.

Cushions came out fantastic, very comfy. It took a little longer to get them due to some back order issues with the fabric but most certainly worth the wait! Thank you for the great service. Josh was keeping us updated on the status and Michelle was our sales person. All were friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company.
