We go to Harkins all the time. We spend roughly $40 to $50 each time at the snack bar. You have now changed your pickles and your nacho cheese. The cheese is horrible. Please bring back your normal cheese, the new one is disgusting.

The San Tan location now requires you to chose your seat. (These are NOT upgraded/recliner seats like many theaters have gone to) In addition, if you are going with a group and want to purchase your tickets in advance, you are hit with a $1.50 processing fee PER TICKET. This location is not offering the consumer any upgrades for the added hassle we are experiencing. Reconsideration of this new process should be considered by Harkins Corporate offices.

Poorly ran location at Estrella Boulevard and Goodyear Arizona when Colleen for the Arizona summer pass the team member advised they went on sale on Friday at 9 AM yet too many people’s demise they show up at Friday at 9 AM to be informed that it actually opens for Sales at eight and Richard is sold out by nine absolute joke and no empathy or sympathy from Harkins employees and families that are loyal to Harkins. I’m ready to start spending my money at other theaters that appreciate the customers goodbye Harkins what a joke
