I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is a very untrustworthy company to deal with and absolutely will not stand in correcting any mistake or do what they say they will do. I entrusted them with over a thousand dollars in nuts and bolts off of a classic car. Spoke directly to the store owner/manager not only about the process but also the rarity of the parts due to the concern of loss or damage. Every part is now missing, lost in shipping due to bad packaging by their company and also not insured even after the fact that we discussed most of these parts being impossible to find. For the last few weeks I was told they would not only refund the plating service, shipping cost, and file a claim for the parts. I even gave them a parts list associated with the cost if the parts were available for the claim. Now the company is telling me they will refund nothing and the claim is only 100 dollars. After asking to speak back with the store owner he is no longer available, with no email, no contact, and doesn't know when he will be available. If this is their view on customer service i don't know why anyone would want to do business with them.

Absolutely amazing shop for all your plating needs. The owner is one of kind and always gives me a good deal. Not to mention my old Honda restoration hardware comes out perfect & looking brand new. And the first shop that doesn’t lose my parts!!! Thanks again Chris & the sav-on plating team!
