That's interesting if I was you I would contract the yes coorporate in Atlanta Ga there were here alot this year some time before the summer. I here alot of different stories I would contact the head of Yes communities. I hope you can get help that way. Also it's short of staff here for maintenance it's sad.

I think that just that you have the last 2 requirements should be enough to obtain an income but it turns out that for them the other income verification requirement is essential and excuse me that until today I answered but I had not opened the application.

They don't have income based rentals but depending on availability it's a great place to rent from 1000-1200/ month for 3bd 2 ba. They prefer to sell their homes for like 3k down and financed thru the it's usually like 1k a month. I bought my home and pay less than 1k a month for the trailer and the lot by far the best deal in the valley for a 3bed 2 bath home.

When I last drove by I seen they had 4 for rent and 1 lot for sell

This place is so far a great place But people are moving out faster than moving in The staff seems to really be good

I would not ever rent there again as some of you say people move out quicker then coming. It has been that way for yrs. They were under investigation they are doing things illegally and gettin payed if melinda is still there or beth beware!!
