Went there today because my elderly mother in law was not doing well. Everyone at the office was great, from the front desk clerks, to the nursing staff and the Nurse Practitioner!! Can’t say enough good things about them. Certainly saved me a trip to the ER and performed all the tests needed!

It used to be a good place until recently that is because they keep changing their staff members frequently. They don't return your call and they say they did but they lie.its time to get a new doctor.

This has to do with Access Health Care and Dr Hartzell office next to Oak Hill Hospital. First let me say I think Dr. Hartzell is a good doctor. His staff and Dr Ali are the worst. Very rarely call you back, getting a referral is harder than getting a root canal. They hardly ever answer the phone. You end up driving over there to get an in person answer. If you have an emergency, you are better off going to a walk in clinic. Access Health care main office is useless. You get passed from one person to the next and then end up leaving a message. One time the phones at Dr Hartzell's office was not working for almost 2 months. I am going to find a new doctor, I would suggest you do the same.

My husband & I started with Dr. Ali/Dr. Seema Nishat when they first opened Brooksville, FL practice. My husband left Dr. Ali after a few unprofessional visits. I remained with Dr. Nishat. Once she got busier & hired an added younger secretary/medical assistant, office ops & patient communication deteriorated. Rudeness by the newer, younger female employee became constant; I started dreading having to call for refill or appt. *Chest x-ray results Dr. Nishat ordered for me after CoVid were NEVER shared with me or my husband. AND, I'm STILL AWAITING TEST RESULTS FROM CERVICAL SPINE MRI Dr. Nishat ordered, that I had over 6 months ago! Also, Dr. Nishat told me & my husband at an office visit, before CoVid: "My job as your primary care dr is NOT to 'really diagnose or treat' you, but to MANAGE your care, referring you to various specialists." After her 1st 2 years in this practice, it was as if she lost her listening-and-empathetic skills, overtalking patient as patient tried to answer Dr ?s about symptoms. (I had an adult witness with me at EVERY SINGLE VISIT.) After retirement of her excellent, older office manager, Dr. Nishat's new, younger staff was consistently rude & unprofessional. Further, I had a telehealth appt with Dr Nishat Spring 2021; she asked me what was going on, but CUT ME OFF BEFORE I EVEN REPLIED. I was very respectful, assuming that with CoVid she was over-stressed. In the telehealth screen I could see her disconnecting me! But, I refused to believe Dr. Nishat had intentionally hung up on a patient -- I thought I must've accidentally disconnected our appt when my ear brushed against the touch screen. So, I called office back, saying our telehealth appt must've been accidentally disconnected... could they please put me in Dr. Nishat's que again so we could do my telehealth appt. The secretary said ok & put me on hold. I was on hold a long time, but I'm retired so I didn't mind. Then, I was disconnected to dial tone. I called back, STILL apologizing that I must've accidentally disconnected us again. The office girl flatly said, "NO, Dr. Nishat disconnected your telehealth the first time herself, & when she came up to you in the que again, SHE disconnected you & told me not to put you through again." I was flabbergasted! And, like a naive idiot, I STILL did not switch to a new dr! Well, tonight, I had an after-hours situation, with an obvious infection. I wasn't allowed in urgi-care b/c they had crowded waiting room & many CoVid patients & tests. They warned me not to go to the ER b/c I'm so at-risk with radiation-caused heart, lung & bone disease & cannot get CoVid vaccine. They told me to call Dr. NISHAT. I called Dr. Nishat's after-hours answering service. They were kind, took info & told me to call back if Dr didn't call me in 30 minutes. I called back after not being called in 30 minutes. Operator said she was calling Dr. Nishat on her cell phone. Operator called me back, saying Dr. Nishat told her that she DID get the first page but didn't call me. Operator explained to Dr. Nishat that this patient is immuno-suppressed, prone to sepsis, has artificial aortic valve, no spleen, no CoVid vaccines & was turned away from urgi-care due to so many CoVid patients there today, & told not to go to ER unless it was life or death (b/c of CoVid), so please call this patient, i.e, me, who was happy to pay for phone call, telehealth, whatever Dr. Nishat said. ***Dr. Nishat told operator to call me back & tell me to go to urgi-care or ER, or call her office Monday to try to get in next week! Operator again told Dr urgi-care & ER said no b/c of CoVid risk to me & that untreated infection could damage my heart valve if I waited, putting my life at risk. Still, Dr Nishat refused to call me. I HAVE FINALLY SEEN THE LIGHT & WILL NEVER BE A PATIENT OF DR. NISHAT & DR. ALI AGAIN. I called my oncologist & my husband's primary care dr, not knowing what to do. BOTH asked me, "WHO is your primary care dr?" THEN, they highly recommended another Dr & BOTH gave antibiotic RXs to my pharmacy. DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE.
