I have great insurance through the active military and had heard great things about a Dr Strobbe. I found out after my experience, that it was about his brother. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been. The doctor was so disrespectful and condisending, I literally thought he was joking when he talked to me and then left the room. His nurse then stayed and I asked was he joking and she said nope. She apologized for him. Being in the medical field, I advised her that it is against her moral ethics to work for someone like this. Disgusted with everyone at this practice. Unprofessional on every level. Please do not go here. Stay far away from this doctor. I would give negative starts if I could. WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

This morning, I visited the clinic as a walk in patient for my prescription. My husband & I would like to commend JENNY, the receptionist because of her commendable attitude towards me and to my husband not only today but from the 1st time we were assisted by her during our previous visits. It matters a lot to me having a nice and kind receptionist when I don't really know what to say or when feeling nervous of being sick. She has been very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Another special mention of commendation goes to the resident doctor. Her name is DR. ROSA. First time to meet her. She was very thorough and very, very nice. She took her time explaining to me about my concerns. She even taught me about the Good Rx app which gave me a big discount. Even if I wasnt able to see Dr. Strobbe today, I am still very blessed to have seen & checked by DR. ROSA. I will never forget DR. ROSA's kindness and endeavor in helping me. She can be a very good full pledge doctor with a heart someday Though I didn't see Dr. Strobbe today, I still appreciate Dr. N. Strobbe so much for always helping my husband during his visits. He has been very nice to us. Big THANK YOU TO YOU ALL! May your tribe grow.💖 🙏🙏🙏

*Update 8/6/2021 Never in my life had I tried to seek medical help with pharmaceutical drugs. I have severe insomnia. Medicaid has become a nightmare and requires lower dosages to be tried out before actually approving prior authorization for 10mg. Ambien. I had no idea this stuff is considered a controlled substance. Bradley prescribed me 10mg. I ended up having to pay for it as I was desperate and delirious after a month of almost no sleep. It worked immediately. I started calling them 2 weeks before it ran out to make sure I would be approved for more. I made them aware I needed to try 5mg so my insurance can approve higher dosage after determining if it worked or not. The state of Florida has chosen this method of elimination to save them money not I. I wish the 5mg worked. After a week of adverse reactions and nightmares I let them know (the doctors office and insurance) so we could work on submitting prior authorization for the dosage that had been proven to work. This office made me go through an extremely stressful situation trying to resolve these issues. Turns out it was solely on the pharmaceutical tech. That approves and submits the information. Her name is Christine I'm officially reporting her neglect to the state. I've recorded the insane amount of calls I had to take just to get her to do her job. Today my insurance company called her back for the 2nd time since the 3rd of this month. She not only gave the representative for my insurance an attitude but proceeded to state in a very unprofessional manner about how I've been an issue for "her" on the 3 way call. Furthermore stating she finally after 48hrs actually submitted the authorization this morning. It wasn't showing up on the insurance side but could take 24hrs unfortunately. To be treated like a joke and a nuisance is a horrible thing for anyone to deal with especially from a doctors office. I honestly hope she looses her job as she doesn't deserve to have a position in a field where compassion and treating medical illnesses are involved. This is an absolutely horrible doctors office. The receptionists are rude and very unprofessional I've been hung up on and yelled at. As a patient my conditions were neglected and Bradley was very unprofessional in handling my medication he prescribed. He never called me back or addressed a high priority message sending it to the nurses which never handled it. Therefore I literally have had to go without medicine and find a new doctor. If you want to be treated like you actually matter I highly suggest somewhere else.
