I got my hair dyed by Azi yesterday. It was my first time ever dying my hair so I was obviously super excited. I showed her what I wanted and what I got was pretty but not exactly what I wanted. She saw my hair before and she told me $175. When I got there and she had started on my hair, I asked her again what it would cost just to make sure and she said $230. I was shocked to hear that the price jumped so much but she had already started bleaching it. The next day my mom gets a call saying that Azi wants to charge me another $60 on top of the $230 that she told me it was going to cost. I understand that she had to use more product but at least let me know that you want to charge me extra. But she knows I would’ve left if I would’ve known that piece of information. So maybe that’s why she didn’t tell me to my face the same day I was there. So I ended up paying $290 for something that I wasn’t content with. Azi took advantage of the fact that it was my first time dying my hair. Who charges someone extra money after they already left and it’s the whole next day? That makes absolutely no sense and clearly it’s ridiculous. Why couldn’t she tell me it was going to cost an extra $60 dollars while she doing my hair? Or even before she started doing it. I am more than upset and I will never be returning again to Azi’s due to fact that what she did was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. It’s like going to a restaurant and the waiter giving you an extra steak and then calling you the next day asking you to pay for the steak. I would like to know where the common sense comes in. I normally don’t leave negative reviews for places but this truly is unacceptable.Oh and she took almost 5 hours to do my hair
