I'm not sure if policies changed since my last prescription pick-up (2yrs ago) or if the worker wasn't trained properly. This is the first time that I didn't have to provide a signature or show proof of my identity. They didn't even go over my address info or phone number. There were no other customers so it's not like they were overwhelmed and were absent minded. She took her time but didn't ask for anything except the total amount owed. Aside from that..I actually really like this Publix location and the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy.

Extremely pleasant people and quick to fill prescriptions.

A few weeks ago my doctor had to call in a script that was not automatically filled, I waited 6 hours to pick it up only to be told it would be filled tomorrow when I desperately needed these. I could understand that even though I was upset. Wednesday I had new scripts sent it so I went online and requested pick up for 11am. Its Friday and I'm still waiting for the last script to be filled despite coming in late wednesday thinking I should give them a little more time in case something urgent came up. I get very little time off so why have a pick up schedule if it isnt going to be followed or you wont even be contacted? I'm switching pharmacies as soon as this order is fully filled.

A good drive through pharmacy. They recognize my mother right away when she comes in. :)
