While we offer lifetime warranty on the structure of the frames and 5-year warranty on the finishes, our product made from materials that will extend the lifetime of the piece beyond the warranty period. In most cases, even if outdoor patio furniture is no longer covered under the warranty, it may be worth the investment to refurbish your old furniture. If the furniture is of a high-quality, you can often have the pieces re-powder-coated and replace the cushions for a fraction of what the item originally cost. Outdoor furniture made by CC Patio will last for the grand-kids to enjoy.

While there isn't a particular type of patio furniture that can be considered "the best type", there are however certain types that would work best for placing in certain areas or in certain climates. Each type has its own unique benefits. For example, aluminum frames cannot rust, which makes them great for coastal or humid areas. Stainless steel metal frame furniture is very sturdy and heavy, making it a great solution for windy areas. Certain types of furniture should also be avoided depending upon your climate. Wicker furniture will hold up well in most parts of the country, but in states like Arizona, where it's very dry, wicker furniture will not last as long as the other types. The same goes with wood furniture, in Arizona it will definitely require more frequent up-keep and maintenance.

The best type of fabric for outdoor cushions is acrylic. Because acrylic fabric doesn't contain any cotton, polyester or olefin fiber, it will not mildew, stain or break-down as easily. Currently, the leading brand of acrylic outdoor fabric is Sunbrella. Sunbrella not only uses acrylic fabric, but they solution-dye the material so that the color is solid throughout the fiber versus a pattern or color that is "printed" or "stamped" on the fabric after it has been woven. This is extremely beneficial because it ensures the fabric will be color-fast and will not fade over time and exposure to the elements.

For all custom order we requite 50% deposit at the time of the order placing and remaining 50% at the time of order completion or approximately week before scheduled delivery.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) as well as cash or check. For our custom outdoor furniture order, we require a minimum of 50% deposit to place the order and secure placement in our production line. Once the order is ready for delivery, we will require the remaining balance to be paid in full before scheduling the delivery. Please be aware that no order will be delivered or shipped out unless it has been paid in full.

With CC Patio options are endless because everything is possible. You can choose from a wide selection of the frame powder-coat colors, Sunbrella fabric options, hard surface (DEKTON) colors, as well as customize any measurements down to half an inch. Although it isn't necessary to cover your patio furniture, we recommend it, especially in Arizona during dusty monsoon season. The materials and finishes our patio furniture is made of are selected for their durability and endurance. By covering your furniture, you will not only extend the lifetime of it, but you will also minimize the amount of cleaning and care your patio furniture will require to keep it looking like new.

If your patio furniture is made of a metal frame it will get hot when in the direct sun. Some metal furniture can retain the heat more than others. For example, while aluminum furniture will be hot when in direct sunlight, it will cool down relatively quickly once it is in the shade or as the sun sets. Steel furniture will tend to hold the heat longer requiring a longer cooling period. Color of the powder-coat will also affect the temperature, the lighter colors will be less hot to touch than dark. If you live in Arizona, you are not going to be using your patio furniture when it’s hot out, when the temperature outside is comfortable to spend several hours on the furniture, the frames will be comfortable to touch. Also we like to use Ironwood armrests.

All our frames are made out of heavy gauge steel, then sandblasted, primed and double powder coated for maximum longevity. If furniture is exposed to the constant moisture such a sprinklers it can rust, please advise at the time of the order to see if aluminum frames are more suitable for your particular outdoor space.

Yes we do, but only out of Ironwood (IPE) because this type of high density hard wood holds up well in Arizona dry climate.

For the hard surface we use exclusively DEKTON by Cosentino.

We use exclusively Sunbrella fabrics, and also with COM (customer own material)
