The girls behind the counter are extremely dismissive, rude and impatient. They rush you, barely assist you unless you raise your voice or get snappy with them, and are just generally very uncaring and suck at customer service. I noticed during waiting they're especially awful with foreigners or anybody with bad English. Bay Ride immigrants have lots of uncomfortable stories to tell about their experience with those two. The doctor, however, is very kind. He's thorough, comfortable to be around, and very friendly. If you're looking for an eye exam from a good, hospitable doctor- I wouldn't discourage you from visiting here. Just run out and get your glasses elsewhere.

Oasis fix my eyeglass which I bought there the only thing is thank god they had the frame in-stock so all they had to do was to pop the lenses in . Well the Dr. There is a very good. Well that's it for now everyone stay safe out there

This is no oasis, I’ve been trying to get my prescription for two weeks now (I’ve called three times). It looks like no body wants to work because they keep saying they’ll do it the following day. I find it hard to believe it takes this long to photograph my prescription and email it to me. It should have been done the first day I asked. I feel bad for writing a poor review when the optometrist in the back is so helpful, but the people in the front desk really take this whole place down. If the people in the front were simply decent, I’d rate this place 5 stars...
