Reception host was helpful with positioning/parking U-Haul type moving truck in the lot. Room was so-so. No breakfast that I could find. Remodeling amateurish. $100 doesn't go too far these days for motel room.

This is a excellent and very clean motel. They have great and friendly staff. A wonderful place if you need to place to stop by and sleep if traveling on the road as well. This property deserves a five star. If I had to stop in woodland I would stay here!!!!

Positive: Size of the room was adequate, hard wood floors seemed cleaner than hotel carpet Negative: Staff was rude, you are not allowed to enter the lobby. You have to wait at a window outside even in cold rain. They can clearly see you but they wait until you ring a bell! Had a cockroach in my shower day 1 and no breakfast, since you can go inside.
