Last time I was here I spent 25 minutes in the drive thru. The inside portion of dining was closed. I'm not sure if they're short on staff or what. Food was hot. Taste like Taco Bell.

Went to drive thru because inside was closed and waited in the line tried to order 2 quesaritos for my wife and then they said sorry thats a online only item who the heck has the time to order online ahead of time to then have to go thru the drive thru for their meal its fast food why isolate specific items on the menu to be online only is just plain bad buisness sense and dont get me wrong the employee was very kind in telling me that unless i ordered online i cant have that so that being the case his politeness earned the second star otherwise easy 1 to 0 for bad management lost me as a customer unfortunately i really like their beefy 5 layer burritos

"WHY TACO BELL?" Why on earth would you take away the iconic Mexican pizza? So many loyal taco bell consumers are very upset at this. The Mexican pizza has been on taco Bell's to favorites list, and now it's gone with no way to special order it. This is "TRAGIC" please bring back the Mexican pizza. This branch is not the issue, the complaint is for taco bell as a Buisness itself.
