I have stayed at this hotel a few times while traveling up down I5. Always a good price, rooms are decent, beds are comfy enough. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Staying here was fine. I accidently left ny bag. I was told that housekeeping brought it up to the front desk and said it was left. I called and they said they had it. I left my wedding ring in my bag cause it was too big to sleep with. Well. My wedding ring was gone! Nothing is being done. They dont even care!!!

There were bedbug stains on the bedskirt; when I walked into the lobby it smelled like very strong mildew and the receptionist proceeded to ask me if it smelled bad when I walked in and I said yeah it smells a little mildewy and she said “oh I’ll take that because it’s raw sewage and it smells like raw sewage forever.” So not only does the customer have to suffer with the smell of the raw sewage but the employee does as well and the actual room also smelled like sewage I would not recommend staying at this hotel I’m so sorry. And they’re serving breakfast in the lobby where the smell of the sewage is the strongest and most pungent I don’t understand!! I should have taken photos of the stains I apologize!

I love Best Western hotels but this one is just bad.The room was dirty and dated. The walls are super thin. I could hear people talking and walking around at 3am on the upper floor. The lights on the door where you insert your key didnt work so we had to guess when our door unlocked. The staff was nice but that's about the only good thing we experienced here. This hotel needs a major upgrade. For the price we paid, this place isnt worth it. Skip this hotel and go somewhere that actually is worth what they charge.
