After 2 months of trying to get help with security footage after my purse was stolen and card used in their drive through, I have been completely ghosted by the manager who I’ve tried to contact on numerous occasions… Even the officer in charge of my case couldn’t get the footage out of them.

Horrible customer service towards my son as we were at the drive thru around 10pm last night. They got my kids order wrong, so when my son went back up and ordered more food, and then told them we didn't get everything we paid for with the first part, their response was "this guy really over here complaining over a chicken nugget". And then didn't fix the order. Who says that to a child? I tried calling this location, but no one was answering. I'd like to hear from someone about this.

Had an excellent experience here! The girl at the drive thru was very friendly and everything carefully packed to perfection. My food was fresh and hot there was no wait. Thank you! Best chicken sandwich ever!

Waited 23 min at the drive through with only 3 cars in line and because it's on a corner where a lot of homeless heroin addicts hang out I was followed by the police for 5 blocks when I left. The food was barely warm and tasted like it sat for 20 of the 23 min I was in line. It wasn't the first time I've waited that long there.This is definitely not the impression we want to leave, Chris.
