I can't recommend these apartments less. For one I have a cabinet that now lives on my counter. It was taken down in order to fix a whole in the wall management left, and 3 months later they haven't come around to put it back up. Not to mention it was originally installed with a whole 3 screws... On top of this the hot water is being maintenanced at least 2 times a month. If I was paying $900 a month maybe it'd be acceptable, but instead rent is increasing here. Steer clear!

I made an appointment today at 11:30 with stephanie Stewart, she said they open at 11am I got here at 11:20 text her couple times with no response, being here waiting for 30min and called the number on their website that it seems disconnected, not impressed at all.

I've lived here for over half a decade and it's been a great place to grow roots in the city. I'm giving this place 5 stars because the current manager is awesome, although she's only on site two days a week now which is impacting our quality of life significantly. This place isn't for the faint of heart, the security cameras are questionable and it's not currently a safe place to receive packages however this building has an awesome mixed culture to it and I've seen major improvements recently to how neighbors communicate with each other making the art events and sense of belonging a major reason I stay. If things keep getting better all around this place may become the envy of other neighborhoods! I truly hope we survive the changes happening to Pioneer Square.

Horrible/non-existent customer service. Rigid employees who hardly acknowledge potential renters let alone existing residents. Was told multiple times "I don't know how to answer that/I don't know what I'm doing and the person who does is gone." Additionally, they allow residents to smoke and the entire building stinks. DO NOT rent here unless you are desperate and have no other option. That was the case for us, and we still ended up fighting to terminate the lease early once something better came along.
