Apartments refusing your rent and predatory practice of corporate evictions of they can make you wait for repairs and mole in my apartment over ten years ago work with you but not now greed they own it they can do what they want our rent powers them so a balance of respect is due is why there's so many working home people evicted and homeless. someone should fix the system should be for the people

Do not waste your time here. I called about my application status and the manager NANCY is VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. She doesn’t treat the customers good. When I was on the phone with her she said “your application is not on file and i dont have time for this” and she just hung up on me.I was shocked like who treats people like this and what kind of manager does this to customer. I wasted my money for the applications. Don’t waste your money and your time for this place. They need a NEW manager for this place.

I have had the privilege of living at Hillview apartments for about two years now. Nancy is an amazing and diligent landlord, she will make sure you are taken care of and feel at home here! Shes worked with me during this pandemic and has been a lifesaver. The bus stop is located right across the street and it’s only 20 min to Seattle making public transportation a breeze.

Poor management, minor solutions for major issues, plumbing issues in the entire apartment, and the solution you would assume is a plumber, wrong they sent the maintenance boy to pour drains. Majority of the outside lamps are fused, their solution you would assume a electrician, wrong again, they bought dollar tree click lights stuck the walls and lastly my favorite, NO PARKING!! When I try to bring to attention to the manager about cars ABANDONING their cars in guest parking for weeks, or even months at this point guess her response, I quote “I DONT CARE” but their quick to tow your if you’re parked in their way, managements way of course.
