The elevator carpet REEKS. Who thought it was a good idea to put CARPET in a PUBLIC ELEVATOR that all people use daily? It always smells like urine or feet. The carpet in the elevator needs to be removed!!!

leasing office staff are very rude and do not care about you once you have lived here for 1 month. they tow cars who park in future resident parking but they also park there during day. its ridiculous. you have to work with hypocrites

I was told the application takes maximum 10 days and I waited for three weeks. Eventually, I had to call and cancel my application because I couldn’t wait any longer. They didn’t return my holding deposit because of cancelling the application. While applying in the office, a tenant came and started arguing that why a staff member entered his apartment without any permission nor emergency situation and then the police was involved.

I was apartment searching and came across Southside. I was able to get a hold of an employee as soon as I called. Jasmine helped process my application and answered all of my questions. She was very informative and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I just moved in today and I couldn't be more thrilled about my beautiful apartment! I love the community and I have a fantastic view!

I visited the leasing office today, they are low income. You cannot make over 50k per year for the combined household income and you must make 2x the rent per month. 1bed 1bath starts at around $1100

No it is not a government Department. It is owned and ran by a specific owner who is non-profit it's called vintage housing.com. we work with the state to help Apartments keep affordable. the state has a calculation for median income and median rents and that's how ours are set. The Washington State Finance Commission besides every year in January or April if the rents will go down or if they will go up. But this is not a government housing this is a private non Prophet company

Hello ANMOL, Every resident over 18 needs to pass our screening criteria. The screening includes making two times the amount of rent in income, credit check, and a record of positve rental history. If there is no credit or negtive credit, depending on the severity we can increase the deposit and still approve. Since there are many factors that determine each screening we need to run the screening to be able to give specifics on results.
Hello Sandra, The rent for a 2 bedroom will be from $1391 to $1444, deposits start at $500. We are affordable housing, meaning we do have income restrictions but the rent is not based on income. Hope this helps!

Hello Nicky, 3 bedrooms range in size from 1111 to 1423 sq ft, there are some differences in the floorplans as well. We aren't quite with marketing materials just yet! :) There are only a few of the larger ones and I am sure the larger units will go quickly so rent them right when they open in July!

We are anticipating to start pre-leasing in July at an off-site location, where we will have floor plans and examples of the finishes in the apartments available. We will not be able to actually show units until October. We have very high interest in this community and am anticipating it renting quickly, so if you are interested in renting my suggestion is to do so while they are pre-leasing so you get your pick of apartments!! :)
