I do not understand the negative reviews. I stayed here multiple times when I was in town for executive training sessions at my former company’s US head office. It’s an Apartel. It is not meant to be a permanent residence. They will not coddle you. It is more European style. It is refreshingly to the point. Read their descriptions, read their email instructions, and read the in suite instructions. Everything is spelled out to the letter. I enjoyed every single one of my many stays.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I wish there was an option of selecting zero stars or negative marking. Puget Vista apartments has a horrible property manager and management team. Its been 2 months since we moved in and they have still not been able to resolve our move-in issues. They are unreachable and are unavailable even in times of emergency. They do not honor their word. Most of the building is used as hotel rooms and airbnb - the management is not transparent about this when you move in. The elevator does not work, there are trash bags in the corridors, the parking does not have access to the building, your mail does not get delivered due to access issues. Would not recommend anyone to move in here if they are looking for a place they want to make and call home.

This place is the best. Management is usually around if you need anything. The place is kept very clean, and the location is perfect if you like city life (with less noise). Has a good neighborhood feel. :)
