As long as you’re pleased with the results these people are great. If you even nicely point out that the product is unacceptable they become defensive and rude. I left with an awful pair of glasses (the prescription was wrong) not the frames. I said how badly they looked and they flat out argued with me. The contacts are also blurry and I can’t see up close when wearing them. I can see up close normally. The glasses are so out of wack I’ve never had the distortion and blurryness like this in 37 years of wearing glasses. Honestly I’m NEVER going back. Seriously when a patient try’s to give you feedback shut your mouth and listen. Then make the necessary improvements. Next year I’ll be finding a reputable and people friendly location.
