Getting two glasses with same frames, one for computer work and one bifocal for general use was easy. Getting them to fit is another thing. One pair fitted ok from the start but other pair didn’t. I came and asked them to copy the way the working one was to the not fitting one. They didn’t. They hurt took the one not fitting and didn’t even look at the well fitting one. After they bent (plural) the non fitting one I ride off but after a few minutes driving I had to get back. They didn’t even look at the well fitting one but just bent the non fitting one some more. They are tight now, but much tighter than the well fitting one. Is this appropriate service? Not in my book.

Today's visit was great. My doctor was patient, understanding and helpful as always. I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone. The other staffers we're great too. All in all an overall good experience.
