This Pastor said horrible things about me behind my back to other preachers and members of his church while he was in Upstate Ny. Once when we were attending one of his services, he preached this sermon on Samson and Delilah, he called his sermon" a bad haircut". After the sermon, he called an altar call, then when my husband did not respond. Eliason called all Fathers ( it was Father's Day) to the altar in order to get my husband to go to the altar. Then he prayed out loud this accusatory prayer, where he suggested that my husband received a "bad haircut" from me, and he suggested that I was a " Delilah! It was all horrible. He was a horrible Pastor in Sidney Ny, he lost most of his congregation due to his negative way of dealing with people, and had a horrible problem with GOSSIP. When I told him that gossip was wrong, he justified gossip with this statement, " well it is a small town". His ministry totally failed in Sidney, Ny. He had this habit of standing on the edge of the raised platform facing the congregation during worship, with both his arms raised, like he wanted everyone to admire him, and be the center of attention. During worship, the only ONE who deserves attention is Jesus. I am writing this review to hopefully prevent others from the suffering that he caused us. This man needs a true relationship with the Lord, not an arrogant, negative attitude. He spends all his time trying to find out what "could be wrong" with his congregation, then gossips and tears them down. I just hope that this review helps someone else who may have been hurt like he hurt us. He has never apologized to me, even though I confronted him about it. I just pray that God helps him to start seeing his own faults. He is the gossip KING. He WILLINGLY listens to lies about people, and then helps spread them. EXTREMELY SELF RIGHTEOUS PERSON.
