Yes they may be able to help. They need to see it first. Warren is a miracle worker..he's the one that will fix them if he can. He's there tues-Fri 10-3 and sat 10-4.. You can take them in anytime Mon-Fri 10-6 & sat 10-4 but may have to wait until the next day wether or not they are fixable.

Best bet when looking for custom work is to take them into the store. Then they will be able to see what you want done and offer an appropriate estimate or refer you if it's something they don't do. They can do literally anything related to shoes, shoe repair, soles, etc.

I have taken my own boots cowboy and military I have had the heels changed on my wife's boots from Mexican dancing too normal riding heels he's more than reasonable I think and if he says 3 weeks he means 3 weeks and you will get a call to remind you.

This is a little late on a answer for you but in most cases they can. Just depends on the color of the shoe and the color you want to dye them. Also the material some leather takes dye good and some doesn't
