I can not even give a star. The place is dirty, door hard to get into, the door is dirty, the We’re do I start, it was hard to get into, had to body slam against the door. The refrigerator door fell off, also ice build up on the freezer, couldn’t put anything in there if needed too. The pillows case stunk, shower curtain smelled mildew, the bathroom room door knob broken and door has a hole in it.if I could have gone some were else would have. The price I paid was just to much. I let the cleaning lady know about refrigerator, she accused me of breaking it, people in front desk not very friendly the muffins were stale. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY Probably more but just to discussed by the whole thing. Your web site doesn’t show really how things looked. Oh when it was time to check in it hadn’t even been cleaned, people at the front desk should have told us this. We had to wait an hour to get in, but I think the cleaning lady didn’t even change sheets or pillows cases. I should get a refund or something

Checked in. Place was completely filled. Dropped something on the floor and when I bent down to pick stood up; I noticed a baby diaper and cherrios under one of the queens, and fast food Fendi, loose medication pills and old chips. There was absolutely no other room on town this day so I was stuck there. So I cleaned the room my self I used the towels to sweep and mop. I informed the manager in the morning and he did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. All he said was: "Sorry, I wasn't the one who cleaned your room.." I couldn't believe it. Well, also I had forgotten s cell phone there and when I noticed I called and wasn't surprised to hear that nobody had found one in the room.

If you need a reference look no further than the Happiness Hotel from The Great Muppet Caper movie. This seems to be a place to live, not to spend a night. And it's cheap and cracked. The staff was nice and the people who live here seem chill. But if you want a nice shower and towels that feel less than 5 years old. Go elsewhere.

Not great. I NEVER leave reviews, but I am this morning because I would have like to have known when I read the reviews prior to booking this room. Check in staff was curt; however, the gentleman in the morning was very pleasant. We had to go get TP at the office; there was barely any left on the roll when we first got to the room with no replacement rolls. The bedding looked rumpled; we wondered if the bedding had been changed at all. The overall cleanliness gave the impression that at best housekeeping was brief and inadequate. The shower tile was cracked midway down and across the span of the back wall. The trim leading to the bathroom was notched from the prior counter and not replaced. The fridge as an inch of accumulated ice …needs to be defrosted. I would not stay here again.
