I would not recommend this as a good place as a place to go get your ssi check be sent to be doing business with these people are very unhelpful

If you get approved for the HEN program, don't take it for granted and be thankful. I was blessed with it myself, it's going to give me a chance to live on my own. It's on you if you make it work from there.

I was approved from pierce county rental assistance for help. For the last month I've left messages and emails. They will tell me to submit blank form. Then nothing for weeks and tell me they need an other form. I finally got ahold of Jessica (who isn't who I was originally working with) and explained I've been trying to get a phone call back for a month to confirm they have every single thing they need instead of needing something else 2 weeks later. She said she would email me yet an other form we need to fill out. And she was going to be sending some forms to my dad (legal owner of my home) I said that was fine and asked. If the forms she was sending him were forms he would need help filling out as he is 60 years old and dyslexic he doesn't do well with a computer. She said it's a form so I can pay your rent. I said ok I understand that I was just wondering if it was like a sign and send or if there were alot of fill in the blanks I would need to help him with. She then said then said know your super disrespectful and I don't even have to help you. I said um what I'm not meaning to be disrespectful by this point i am crying and frustrated and just want to get everything submitted as quickly as we can. She said you know I can get you reassigned and you can start all over again. And I said ma'am I'm not trying to be disrespectful I'm literally just crying and trying to figure this out and she hung up on me. I can't find any ones numbers and now I don't even know if she is going to help me because I was crying.

I should and would give five stars for just what they do, alone. Providing rent for people that are otherwise homeless is a great thing. But I think that the money comes from grants and sources other than the employees pockets. So why they make it so hard to utilize the services I do not know. I personally had the HEN program for a year and didn't use it at all. I couldn't find a place that would accept it.

Kasey I would not I'd return it to share and care. If she's gone and not living there it's not yours and u can't cash it. Just like an eviction, a landlord won't cash a check for rent after the person is gone, if they did a person could legally get it back
