It feels very safe. Security patrols at night the whole night. It is basically a big parking lot. No shade. Nice and cheap, you get what you pay for. Comes with sewer hookups, electrical (30/50amp) and fresh water.

The employees of the park are very nice, the facilities are a bit run down but the nice employees make up for it. Gun shots are in close range and homeless population is an issue. Safety is a concern. I was woken several times by close range gun shots and homeless arguing. Still grateful for my stay and the nice employees...

Good safe park. They only allow 30 days max but if you are out 7 you can come back for 30 more days. Quiet, safe, secure and near trails to walk. I would definitely stay there again. Only bad thing is you can’t stay longer due to tenant laws in California. Would recommend to anyone!

This place is hard to rate. The sites are large and they have all the hook ups. The price is great, which is why we choose it. We have stayed here before. But, it is very plain. Only a few trees. The people in the office are nice and helpful. It is a great place to park and then spend the day elsewhere. There are a lot of things to do nearby. For the price it is a great choice.

Rates are $50 a night, $300 a week for 2020. Update: 30 day rate available at $850 with full hookups. No long term parking. 30 days in, then must leave the park for at least 30 days. Call for more info. Reservations suggested.
It is in the same property. You should be able to walk there.
No dry sites and no discounts. This is part of the state run Cal-Expo Park, so pretty strict rules.
We didn't have to pay for dog.
That's where I work at
$45 per night for 30 or 50 amp, free wifi, showers, clean restrooms, and laundry. Nothing fancy, but nice and safe.
Ten years although I've seen older ones there / 30 days
