I have been going to NSP for 4 years now and they have never let me down. The staff is friendly and very professional. Mary is always polite and very friendly. I love that they deliver, especially in these times and I've just always been satisfied with their service. Thanks NSP and Merry Christmas to all of you

I think Mary...one of the techs needs to retire. She was so rude initially when answering the call and then when delivering my meds to me in the car. I asked for directions for the meds and she acted as though I was putting her out by the request. She is a crotchety old lady. I will be telling my prescriber how I was treated. UPDATE: Dear Pharmacy...is this mary responding to this review? Just an FYI...in mentioning how I was treated to my provider by Mary, they said that was not the 1st complaint they have had against her. COVID aside, she is mean! I deal with pharmacies on the daily and would never expect to see a customer treated like that!

Standard delivery or shipping is free within Clark County. The time frame for receiving the medication depends on what the prescription is for and if we have it in stock or already made in the case of a compound prescription. Our standard turnaround is 3 business days from when we speak with you and verify all of your information such as insurance, allergies etc for the prescription to be sent out via courier or USPS. Any of the technicians at the pharmacy are happy to help you with this process.
No this business does pharmaceutical compounding for both people and veterinary needs. Their name very accurately reflects what they do, they are a "specialty pharmacy." For example, they could "compound" (i.e. mix together) special/custom medications or supplements that require specific/targeted dosages or routes of administration different from the standardized drug form.
