Got a frozen mocha and it wasn't blended well at all. Big chunks of ice. Very difficult to drink.

I like Ghiradelli but I didn't like the service at this location. I ordered a sundae and heard other names but never mine. I never left the store. 10 min past and I had to go ask myself and then they had the audacity to say "she called but no one came." It's a small store, and I was sitting there the whole time. They could have at least apologized. Horrible service, I would recommend another place, the sundae was nothing special either.
