We just relocated from San Diego to Las Vegas and basically had no furniture for a 4 bedroom house since we decided to sell all our furniture before making our move. We found Ideal Furniture through Google. We weren't willing to go to any store with less than 5 stars and lots of reviews since we were looking for quality furniture and superb service as we were about to spend a small fortune on furnishing our new house. We started off with a design consult in which Christina visited our home to look at the space and take measurements. We really wanted someone who knew about design since my wife and I are clueless about such things but knew we wanted a beautiful looking home. Over the next few days, Christina sent us recommendations over email based on our space and colors for all the different rooms we were looking to furnish. If we didn't particularly fancy something, she sent us additional recommendations. Once we settled on what we were interested in, we went to work... price comparison shopping for all the different pieces we were looking to purchase. We ran the numbers and thought that there was no way that Ideal was going to be able to match the pricing. We went in to Ideal, made some final selections and waited for Christina to come back with a total that we thought we were going to have to negotiate. In fact, we were fully prepared to negotiate much like you do when you buy a car. Christina came back with the total... she beat the online pricing! We signed, paid and are now waiting for lots of beautiful furniture to get delivered. Thanks Christina for designing our house and Ideal for the great experience!

We went to this place looking for a couch. Went in, spoke with Christina found a couch we actually really liked but wasn’t too sure we wanted to spend the amount of money for the couch we wanted. Christina was so polite and told us she understood and they would be there until 6pm and open again tomorrow. We went to a few other places, huge stores and found NOTHING comparable to what we found at Ideal. The last store we were at was a chain, salesman was pretty nice showed us something similar but you could tell it was a knockoff, smaller to the ground and $2,500 less. That’s when we decided to go back to Ideal. They are a small business and the customer service shows. Christina was an absolute gem. We purchased our couch and they had it delivered within the hour! The guys that brought the furniture were so professional and set up everything for us. She even called to check in and make sure we were ok with our purchase. We definitely will be back to but from them again.

IDEAL FURNITURE HAS IT ALL!! WE ARE SO HAPPY THAT WE STOPPED AT THIS STORE!! WE HAD EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE BY BRAD. OUR FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED WITH OUT ANY ISSUES. THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL! WE FEEL BLESSED!!

I shopped for months all over town, even at the Design Center before I found iDeal. The owners were so easy to deal with and helpful as well. They are very knowledgeable about their products. My special order arrived a month early, too. I would highly recommend Christina and her business!
