Re-sched again for the 2nd time. I have been working on getting guardianship for my disabled grandson since last year. This is the worst service I ever had through a court system. No apologies given.

I have called many times trying to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment for a marriage license. No answers.

Judge met with an assistant attorney general of Ohio to grab mom’s library against the terms of her brief will. Judge conducted a monologue hearing in which he advised the attorney general to sue me with a declaratory judgement action for my real estate in Penobscot Co. Maine. The AG drew up the suits against me and forced me to sell to the state at less than1/2 the appraisal.

If it's not ordered on the Divorce Decree, you can file for a name change.
If the last name was not changed back in divorce decree, go to probate court and file an application for adult name change. Birth certificate and marriage certificate will be needed.
Call the court
Get a lawyer. Make your attorney demand that this judge go on the record so you have recourse to transcript(s) of hearings. I was dragged in to his probate court by a pseudo sister to my mom's estate. The pseudo sister had no maternal DNA in common with me. This was confirmed when her assistant attorney general alleged to also be her lawyer employed by a Ohio institution to the tune of ~$400,000.00 from the AG of Ohio for the 5.9 years of my "probate' wrote in her first lawsuit that she was my mom's "natural daughter" The "natural daughter" and the probate court did the same amount of work on my mom's behalf in mom's final years- exactly nothing. The pseudo sister and "lord jim" brought their big nasty tempered german shepherd, Oscar, to camp in Maine against the express wishes of both my parents in the 1970's. Oscar bit my dad's hands badly and my mom had to drive him by boat 2 miles across a large lake and a further 7 miles by car to the local hospital to have him treated.
Look up their name to see if there is a case number assigned to them.
