The rent is based on a percentage of your income. I believe it's about thirty percent. Utilities are included in the rent. Cable and Wifi are extra.
Yes. Everything but wi fi and cable TV.
The bedroom is large enough. The kitchen is pretty small, but there's plenty of room in the living/ dining area. The carpet has to stay, I'm pretty sure.
