On the web site. They Don t have a real office. Book the tour, after you receive the confirmation mail. Advice : book the sunset tour, it's amazing
I booked just by myself; flights are completed with other individuals and couples. Capacity seems to be for 6pax.
Theoretically or initially they say they don't allow backpacks. But I asked anyway and they told me that pilots accept small-medium backpacks. And they did.
