The sales staff were extremely difficult to get a hold of or get any clear answers until they gobble up fees and non refundable deposits. They must pride themselves with such a disgraceful way of handling their own American people trying to find a home. They led me to believe I was getting a top floor apartment by showing me a two story building then waiting until after my deposit was not refundable to tell me I was in a three story unit sandwiched in the middle. When I politely explained that this was misleading and false information on their behalf they simply said too bad we have your non refundable deposit which is hundreds of dollars. Beware of these places and their horrible people working. They don't care about you and will do whatever it takes to make the sale and keep your deposit.

We have been here for a month and we both adore our unit and the whole complex. My daughter have had the chance to utilize the gym, dance room and loves it! She will try the game room with some friends along with the other activities features when time allows. The neighborhood is great! very quite and peacefulness! The neighbors are nice as well. The management are professional! and they check on you to make sure everything is going well! NOW I LIKE THAT!! My negatives are, I'm just trying to complete our unit form the move which is coming along. I can't hardly wait to go back to my long walks around the neighborhood, down by the beach and utilize all that Northpoint have to offer. I hope this part of the neighborhood will always remain great!! Thank you Narda & Northpoint! :)

I just moved in a week ago and so far everything has been super smooth. Narda specifically has been really communicative and helpful with my long distance application and coordinating a move in time. Pretty quiet and feels safe to walk around at night. The apartment layout is really open and has a lot of functional space. I’m hoping that the rest of my experience stays easy like it’s beginning!

I've lived here for 6 months and I've been pretty happy with the place. I have a 1bd with my 2 cats and it's been a good experience so far. Maintenance does a good job of keeping the place clean and they respond to service calls quickly. The residents tend to be a mixed bag but mostly they are people with jobs and the units are fairly quiet, at least where I am. Finally, there's a pool and lots of amenities for the residents. You can tell that management is trying to keep the place nice.
