Horrible management . Whoever made it a rule that you cannot pack anything in the store is a clown and should not be in customer service . It’s 120 degrees outside . Why would I pay for a label to use your service , then get told I need to pack my box outside or pay the 15 dollar packing fee ? Went to another UPS down the road , had no problem at all . They even helped me pack it and provided the tape that this store was trying to charge me for . I manage a retail location , this is not how you treat customers .

Absolute worst experience! Rude and disrespectful. Poor reviews are on the money. Only offered highest price until questioned. I requested additional tape on bottom of box — blonde clerk was offended when I waited to see if she would do it; she replied she already told me she would and carried it in the back room. She lied — box still made it home but no tape on bottom. Ruined my otherwise fantastic Vegas holiday. Will find FEDEX next time!

They USED to be friendly and helpful here but recently they have become VERY RUDE, OBSEQUIOUS & UN-HELPFUL, especially if you have anything to do with an Amazon return. They often re-emphasize that they are NOT owned by UPS, but that they are a 'Franchise Store' so they do NOT NEED TO ADHERE TO UPS POLICIES. I will now make every effort to NOT return here or to ever give them any of my other business. If the owner reads this, you should train your staff a LOT better, and remind them about 'BEING HELPFUL IS SIMPLE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE'. And if you do not want to follow UPS guidelines, then end your franchise with UPS. And if anyone from UPS is reading this, please undertake a proper franchise audit of this location, as they are definitely not upholding the customer & client service standards that I am sure UPS expects from its franchisees.

Don't waste your time with this place. Loyalty means nothing to them. I rented a P.O. Box for 15 years when they all of a sudden they closed it. After calling to find out why my box had been closed, I was given some excuses by a Sara and then was told I would need to jump through a bunch of hoops before they would reopen it. I tried explaining how big of a pain that was going to be since I don't live in Vegas. I was then told sorry and hung up on by Sara. Don't give this place your money because they obviously could care less.

The UPS store is franchise style so you have to check with UPS about the rules they have to follow, Khols is contracted as Amazon return where no shipping package require for return
