Station Casinos used to be a good place to play, before Covid I was a top player playing on average $2000 a month. Recently I went back and found I had to start over, then played over $600 and lost in less than 2 hours ( I don’t mind loosing so much but got very little play), had no bonus play, wouldn’t allow me to use point play, and when I asked the host was basically insulted because he said you only played $600 in the last 90 days. In reality it was $600+ in less than 2 hours. He then basically said I wouldn’t get any bonus for such a small amount and it didn’t matter what I had played before Covid. At the end of the day I will not return to any of the Station Casinos other than main st station (a Boyd casino) the give me free rooms and meals, the last time I was there I got a room for 10 days free ( of course I played $5000+). It isn’t about the money it is about having fun and when a casino just takes I don’t return.

Called into Red Rock Casino looking for a room for my parents + brother (who has Spina Bifida and is in a wheelchair) for the Thanksgiving break. The rep stated that they had no rooms available with Wheelchair accessible bathrooms but their sister property did. So they booked us a room at the Santa Fe Casino (22 mins from my house). When we got there to check in they said all their Wheelchair accessible rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do. By that point we called 5 other hotels to see if there were alternatives but everything was booked.. My brother ended up not showering or using the bathroom for the two day visit as that was our only option at that point. Not a great experience. All they offered us was a $100 credit for our already inflated room fee.

If you have an iPhone, go to your app store and search for and download Stn Sports app. If Android, go to Google Chrome and go to stnsports.com. There you will see the option to 'download android' Be sure to allow installation from unknown apps and turn on location services. Login using your boarding pass/Account ID.
