They did that to me also, messed up my credit, because they took a double payment, so my cable bounced, caused a ripple effect. Will not pay them. They are the only blemish on my credit, but ill wait 7 years, they won't get anything from me. They owe me money, as far as I'm concerned. My Bank took the money back, but credit was already damaged. Scam artists.
