I was prescribed a nebulizer and Norco was quick to get my nebulizer for me. When I picked up my nebulizer I was told my insurance paid 100% and later received a bill for the nebulizer. I will never do business with Norco in Ontario again.

My 2nd experience with Norco was phenomenal. No complaints. I filled out the application to get a breast pump on Monday, which was a holiday. Got a phone call from an employee that morning. Got my prescription via my Dr's office Tuesday afternoon and got a phone call at 4:30 that they already had a pump waiting for me. Wonderful customer service, quality medical supplies. The employee was very kind. Thank you.
