I enrolled in Flex-Pay on July 12, 2022 and paid the required amount to begin. I’m now receiving a 48-hour notification a month later. I spoke with a rep over the phone who spoke with her supervisor who told me that my account was good as long as I make my payments. I made a $300 payment in July and you ask for more 2 weeks later. The same thing happened to my daughter and sister. What in the world is going on? What are Flex-Pay, Equal Pay, and Payment arrangements good for if the DO NOT work?!!!! THEY WONT ANSWER THEIR LINES AND WHEN YOURE ON HOLD FOR 28 min, they automated system tells you to call back

Can never get anyone on the phone. Call back is a joke. Trying to change the name in my bill to my married name. Can’t get any information on how to get it done. Emailed them the information and no response. Unbelievable

Customer service on phone is horrible. First, signed up for a callback. That never happened. Then, stayed on hold instead of the callback option. They hung up on me. Twice.
