They did the same thing to my husband. They were nice but would only do a laser cleaning that our insurance wouldn't cover

Is there any reason I waited a hour to have my crown seated only to be told the color was wrong, then the following appt. I waited another hour to get the crown seated. This company completely disrespect one time.

The reason would be that they are a busy office. Would you have rather them seated the incorrect one? They seem pretty considerate to me and worth the wait.

No, you can walk in but it depends if they are busy or not if they can take you. I would call and check to see if they have availability
